The Northport Hotel is seeking a friendly and professional Valet/Bellman to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional guest service through safe and efficient valet parking, assisting guests with luggage, and creating a welcoming first impression.
- Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain accurate vehicle records and follow all safety procedures.
- Keep the valet area and lobby entrance clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
- Must have morning (AM) and weekend availability.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs.
